GSE Project Services is not a building services design consultancy. We provide engineering project management expertise with the aim of producing buildings that are operationally ready at handover, function in accordance with end user requirements and perform efficiently in use.

We believe that, through improved management of the activities that take place at each stage of the building services delivery process, greater predictability of time, cost, quality, site safety and environmental impact can be achieved. Our aim is to provide just such a service.

However a project is being delivered, be it via a traditional form of contract, design and build or construction management, we are used to working to achieve the often critical time constraints demanded. We look to ensure that the building services are properly co-ordinated, planned and executed, to solve challenging technical issues and to get projects completed.
